When drag and dropping an album into a collection, it needs a visual indicator of which collection it's about to go into (a 'plus' does appear on the cursor). If you place your drag in-between collections, a line indicator is shown - just not when you're on top of a collection. Expected behaviour: the collection name is highlighted (for example, dragging a note into a folder in Notes.app)
